Yemen Association for Consumer Protection (YACP)

The Yemen Association for Consumer Protection (YACP) is one of the most active NGOs in Yemen. It was created in 1997 and has more than 500 individual members. YACP is comprised of three local organisations. Consumer awareness represents its main activity. YACP publishes brochures, manuals and magazines, which it then disseminates to consumers at the grass-root level.
